We are currently reviewing our complaints procedure and as part of this we want to understand what matters most to you if you need to make a complaint.

Why we are consulting

The council has procedures in place to ensure that complaints are thoroughly investigated. In this survey we are asking what matters most to you when making a complaint.

The results will give us important information about customer's views to help us shape the procedure.

Results will be reviewed and used to form the new 2 stage complaints process.
